Working principle

The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, and passes through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by the gas-liquid two-phase to absorb the neutralization reaction, and the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, and then dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate. The fan is discharged into the atmosphere. After the bottom of the tower is pressurized by the water pump, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the top of the tower, and then returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the emission standard.

Technical parameter

The packing layer in the spray tower serves as a mass transfer device for the gas-liquid two-phase contact member. The bottom of the packed tower is provided with a packing support plate, and the packing is placed on the support plate in a random manner. Install a packing platen above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the updraft. The spray tower spray is sprayed from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor onto the packing and flows down the surface of the packing. The gas is fed from the bottom of the tower, distributed through the gas distribution device, and continuously flows through the gap of the packing layer in a countercurrent flow with the liquid. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid two phases are in close contact with each other for mass transfer. When the liquid flows down the packing layer, a wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, and the wall flow effect causes the gas-liquid two phases to be unevenly distributed in the packing layer, thereby lowering the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer in the spray tower is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is arranged in the middle, and after being redistributed, it is sprayed onto the lower layer filler.
